“Not easy to find a good, trustworthy mechanic these days but these guys are!! The owner answered the phone every time I called and always gave me updates on the repair progress. I had my car towed here from another shop because I was getting the run around and these guys had it done in a couple days. When I came to pick my car up, the owner was out hand washing it for me! Above and beyond, excellent shop.”
“I purchased an admittedly high mileage 04 Tacoma from them and while it was in excellent condition it ended up running into some mechanical problems the day I took it home and the check engine light came on. When I took it back they told me that they would take care of everything at no cost to me. Though it took time to find the problems and their mechanic spent a week chasing a vacuum leak I eventually received the truck in full working condition with a valid inspection sticker. Al and the crew went above and beyond to earn my trust and respect and even apparently lost money on the sale just for the sake of their integrity. While I hope they find a way to better test and maintain their vehicles, they absolutely redeemed themselves in the after sale.”

“I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle after my suv completely broke down. I came across Empire Pre-Owned. It was Labor day and I figured they were closed. I went to go look and was greeted by Bowen. Test drove a few suv's and decided to go with a Ford Explorer. Sat down to some paperwork and then I purchased the suv. Scott and Bowen explained everything to me in detail. It went in for a inspection and what needed to be done was done. I picked it up fully inspected and detailed.
