“I purchased an admittedly high mileage 04 Tacoma from them and while it was in excellent condition it ended up running into some mechanical problems the day I took it home and the check engine light came on. When I took it back they told me that they would take care of everything at no cost to me. Though it took time to find the problems and their mechanic spent a week chasing a vacuum leak I eventually received the truck in full working condition with a valid inspection sticker. Al and the crew went above and beyond to earn my trust and respect and even apparently lost money on the sale just for the sake of their integrity. While I hope they find a way to better test and maintain their vehicles, they absolutely redeemed themselves in the after sale.”

“Grabbed a car from here. Didn't get bombarded when I went on the lot and wasn't pushed into anything. I made a choice on a vehicle and the owner said he would have it serviced for me. Meaning oil change, check the exhaust and replace the brakes. The heater was kind of loud so he said he was going to replace the blower. Got the car home and when I took it the next morning everything seemed fine inside me the blower on the heater got loud again and come to find out the rear brakes need to be replaced. Of course after a purchase of a used vehicle you sign pretty much and as is condition form. So here I am stuck with having to replace the rear brakes and have the heater fixed. The deal on the vehicle is still a good deal. And the gas mileage on this car is leaps and bounds better than what I had I'll eat the cost of the brakes and the heater blower because it was part of the agreement. Just wish they had fixed what they said they were going to.”

“The sale was easy with Maggie.Chris in the Service Department is fantastic.Acura is horrible, dim headlights, I've been stopped 3 times, twice my State Police, once by local police for dim headlights, SAFETY ISSUE. Middle console, clip broken.Chris has been doing his best with Acura to put the headlights that belong in the vehicle. I'm holding onto faith for it to get done. Chris will fix the clip it's just plain aggravating. I know that it will be taken care of. Acura is very difficult. Praying for the best.Update: Service Department was fantastic in my experience with the dim lights. Everything is A++++Thank-you for everything, Happy Thanksgiving to all ?❤️”
