The vehicle was smashed on the passenger door along with the passenger mirror and passenger side rest bumper. The vehicle was filthy inside and smelled of salt water. Thank God I walked around the car before I took possession of it. Zip car only gave me a $20 credit which I thought was an insult. Be aware of what your renting.

if i could give them negative stars, i would. the most incompetent, worst, least reliable service i have ever encountered in a business in my life. i hope this company fails soon. we need a better competitor in the market.
