“Drop off address in downtown Providence is incorrect on Google and on all of our paperwork! This caused us to nearly miss our train as we could not locate the drop off. The location of 1 Dorrance St. is a parking garage that is not affiliated with Budget. When we finally located it a half mile away, Budget employees said the address has been incorrect for years. Fortunately, the very nice room yes there drove us to the train station do we caught our train about 2 minutes before it was leaving. PLEASE UPDATE GOOGlE AND YOUR WEBSITE WITH YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS! DROP OFF WAS A NIGHTMARE!”

“Teddy is an amazing leader for his team at this location, I went there and we ran in an issue with not getting the car extended and teddy hopped on and helped us from start to finish.with a smile on his face. I never truly experienced great service like this before, we were there for a little while and we watched how organized the store was and how customers came in worried and left happy, Teddy makes it feel like it’s more of a family than a business, he prioritizes the customers first with respect and dignity.
