Liz at the front desk was kind and lovely to deal with ! She remembers small details and made dealing with the insurance company effortless… They took care of it all!

The owner and mechanics were amazing too. The work was fast and pristine you’d never know it was in an accident. They also detail your car before giving it back which is a total bonus !!

“I honestly can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place yet! I’ve been using Enterprise in Pawtucket, RI for years, not only because it’s close to home and I get a discount through my job, but because the customer service has consistently been great.

Sure, like any busy location, there are times when there’s a bit of a wait, but the staff is always pleasant, professional and apologetic. You can tell they’re doing their best to handle a high volume with grace and a great attitude. Honestly, I sometimes feel bad for them and think they deserve more backup, but they still manage to keep things moving and make every customer feel seen and taken care of.

To be fair, not every visit involves a wait, a lot of times I’m in and out super quickly. I also appreciate how they remember and recognize repeat customers. It makes the experience feel more personal, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied before you drive off.

I was a little bummed to hear that Ryan, the branch manager, moved to another location, he was always great! But it’s been nice to see some familiar faces still around, like Andrea (who’s also so helpful), and I recently met Burrell (I think that’s his name) who seems like a good addition.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the vehicles, they can be hit or miss. I recommend to check with the staff during the walk through (take pics and videos if necessary) and don’t forget to check the back seats for any damage.”
