“I had a very difficult move. I had to leave all my belongings in storage because I moved to LA. My life has been in storage for the last four years. It's been at Jones Moving and Storage. I flew back to empty my storage. First, they were amazing while my items were in storage. A few times I had to switch credit cards. They were very understanding. Today went so smoothly I'm in shock and awe. Andy did my paperwork. James, Marcus and Derrick emptied my storage space helping me separate what I was taking and what I was leaving behind to be donated. They all were incredibly nice, polite and truly helped me end a very difficult chapter of my life. They had me laughing and smiling when I thought I would be crying. “Sooo impressed with 1800Packrat. I got better prices from them than PODS, got two units to help our family long distance move. Easy process to change dates along the way. Final day of moving we realized we had more stuff than we realized, called them in a bind, got a reasonable price for another pod, they managed to deliver it when the second one was picked up, and arrange for pickup very next morning. BIG thank you to the customer support folks and especially the Franklin MA crew for working with me on last minute stuff. Driver Jose did the drop off and he was in resolve, such nice people who try hard and work hard.”
