Terrible service. They relieve themselves of any obligation to customer service in the contract. Do not store with this company. If you must, keep all records of payments and put all changes and communications in writing.

Down fall to this storage facility is that if elevator is down and your unit is on the 2nd floor , there's no way for you get to the unit. The stairs are located next to main office which is never really opened
