“Ask for Mario- my guy knows his tech.

I was having issues with the data usage on my phone not connecting with my apps. My iMessages & FaceTime weren’t recognizing my phone number. Mario was able to identify an issue with my SIM card, was able to navigate AT&T processes to fix the issue within my family plan, and then helped with an upgrade. Not only did he identify the root cause of my problem quickly & efficiently, he also offered really great advice and opinions on phone upgrades and streamlined the process to make it the best possible experience. He hooked it up.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had going in to a phone store with any kind of issue. Both Mario & his other coworker were incredibly friendly, understanding, & helpful. Even if this location is a bit further away than others close to you, it is 100% worth the trip for the level of service you’ll receive.

Instead of doing what any store would have done and sold me a phone I didn't need, the owner took the time to clean my charger port out. Now my phone works like new. “I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.”

“Steve was the bomb. After my wife had the black screen of death and she got a new phone from Verizon insurance, and after the person transferring the data didn't do it correctly, we went to this store, which was the only one that was open!! Luckily Steve was there and transferred all my wife's data and all of her info back on her new phone within 30 minutes. Thanks again Steve!!”

“Best experience!!!After dropping my phone and shattering both the front glass and back on my iPhone, I had planned on going to the Apple Store in Providence- which I knew would be inconvenient for me and take serval days for an appointment and days for repair after speaking to an Apple representative. A friend of mine who was aware I needed repairs recommended I take my phone to “the place in the plaza where Yamato steak house is” as they had been there multiple times for various services. I had no idea this business even existed until they told me! I debated if I should keep my phone authentic and just go through the hassle of taking my phone to the Apple Store, but I chose to trust my friend and take a chance with this local repair shop. BEST DECISION made! Edgar, the associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Even my 9 year old son complemented on how nice he was to us after we left. Edgar was able to give me two options for new glass for the front screen (a basic, less expensive model verse a bit more expensive premium model.) Edgar, explained the benefits and allowed me to make the best decision for myself. Me, knowing that I am highly likely to drop my phone and shatter it again, I chose the less expensive model! He also let me know the process for repairing the back of the phones glass takes about 4 hours due to the edging that needs to be done on the glass and that it’s best to come in the morning to drop off for that procedure (he also informed me that they can preform color changes for the back as an option too!) I chose to have the front of the phone serviced first and that I would return another day for the back. Edgar was able to service the front glass on my phone immediately and said it would take approximately 30 minutes to replace the glass. My son and I went and had a quick lunch close by and returned to my phone repaired, with a new screen protector I asked for, for the extra protection and the new case I had picked out, it looked beautiful! (Speaking of which, I must add and rave about the large selection and variety of phone cases they have in stock for all phone types and sizes- very impressive!) Edgar completed a functionality test with me present on my phone upon pick up to be sure all features were working appropriately. He then assured me that if there are any issues such as ghost texting and etc, to give them a call and they’ll take care of it. The screen has a 6 month warranty with no damages. I can not say enough good things about this business from the quality of service to the customer satisfaction! Shop small and local- you won’t regret it! Thank you Edgar!-Renee”

“My husband and I recently upgraded our phones at the Smithfield Crossing location. Usually a complicated ordeal but the Manager Danny was excellent, made the experience easy and as quick as possible. Another employee Jay was also very helpful. On a follow up quick visit Precious was helpful too. Obviously good management is why the store has greatly improved. Danny was pleasant, accommodating and friendly, we spoke to him about his photography talent. The prices on screen protectors, covers and chargers were overpriced.”
