“Was in a pickle yesterday with an overnight delivery that was trying to be delivered when no one was at the business I manage. Tried calling UPS customer service... HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. The employees on shift at the time were extremely friendly and helpful! “I have to say, this place has never disappointed me. Even on busy days when the line is outside the door, the staff is super friendly and efficient. They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”
“I went here to make some Amazon returns. Apparently, you're supposed to do them yourself, but someone was taking a really long time, so the lady behind the desk offered to take care of my returns. She did my returns fast, and she was very friendly.”
“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”
“I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!”

Was having issues with a package and was pretty upset but Jessica turned my day around with her compliments and generosity. “I came in the other day & it was about 10 minutes to close so I knew I was cutting it close with possibly getting helped in time (this was the only time I was able to get there). Let me tell you - Kathleen was HOLDING IT DOWN! This woman had a line of about 13-15 people deep with a million packages getting sent all over the place for the upcoming holidays. She was able to help all the people in front of me, myself, and the lady behind me all within that last 10 minutes of her store hours all while keeping her cool! She's a rockstar & I'm happy to know I have a great post office team in my new neighborhood, thank you!”
