I let the post office know online and later Got a call at work stating the package was found and put in my box. When I opened the P.O. Box there was my package with a little note stating what box it was in and that they were sorry. I really appreciate the leg work -- I bought a lot of sweaters on sale for fall and would have been bummed if this package was lost.”

“This is hands down the finest, most professional, most efficient, and friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Even though it is not the closest UPS store near my office or home I come here bc no matter the time of day or the inevitable rush of customers that bring with it long lines you never wait long. They always have more than enough people at the counter moving things along, helping customers understand the often confusing messaging Amazon returns can generate, or a better and less expensive way to box and ship they are patient, willing to explain, assist, and show you what you can do better. I have had many experiences where Brian or Steve in particular have taken care of issues i never saw coming, with kind and generous effort despite how busy or exhausted i can see they are. As a management consultant is it obvious they work hard, care about their customers, and take pride in doing the best job possible. The culture of this particular UPS store is singular. 5 stars in every category.”

“With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season upon us, the last thing you need is to arrive at a store just as they’re locking the doors to close. But, then you get a lucky break, a sort of gift of good will, when the lady locking the door sees the dismayed look on your face, and the faces of 4 other customers all approaching said door, and she unlocks it, opens the door wide, smiles at all of us and says “come on in!”That is what I just experienced at my local UPS Store on Mendon Rd in Cumberland, RI. There were at at least 4-5 people working, and every single one of them was smiling and helping to get us all set and on our way. The lady who waited on me was so pleasant, it was clear she knew that customer service starts with a smile and a kind gesture. I believe her name was Irene. I am so very grateful! I had a flight to catch so she found my package as oppose to having go to block island and not having my kids hart meds. This place deserves major props!!!! “Easy to drop off my FedEx pre-labeled package. They scan it, and offer a text-receipt service so you can track and prove you sent the package. It's INSIDE of Walgreens, just go to the Photo Department counter and the staff there will help you. There are no signs FYI - just gotta trust me lol”

“Stopped here after work in search of something getting harder to find: casette tapes! (I drive an older vehicle that still has it's original sound system). Lo and behold, they had some, and good ones too (Springsteen, Phil Collins, U2, etc.). Ended up buying a half-dozen tapes. The shop is decent sized, and has a good variety of thrift and vintage items. It appeared to be fairly well organized (at least, the owner knew where to find things). Prices were very reasonable; besides a half dozen casettes by popular musicians, I got a small clock radio (which I will use as a work radio), for a total of $12. The young man running the store was very personable also.”

“my dad and i went in here to look at computers. we were looking for a laptop. we bought a nice one. its a backup for my laptop. first computer i ever had was a del. it was a touch screen, it only lasted a year. my dad ordered it. when we needed help fixing it, my dad calls a lady in india, and she tells my dad he has to ship it to india. i just got a new computer. staples is the place to go if you need a computer.”

The store has good deals and variety and many services, including print and lamination. I found the prices are generally good and below comparable stores. My mother needed help emailing labels so they could print them out and they were helpful and patient. Good service and management in general.”

“I’ve been to this location more than a dozen times. Depending on when you go, the staff are extremely busy and do the best they can. Early in the morning and before they close are the busiest times I have found. While some might be preoccupied, the majority of them are extremely helpful, and are always doing their best to support the customers. Many of them go out of their way to tape the boxes, and to put the packages together for the customers. I personally go out of my way and utilize this location most because I find them to be most helpful.”

So I come here quite frequently & there's only one GREAT employee who knows what she's doing- quite frankly & thank god she's almost always there! However the last few weeks I think they have increased their staff because I've noticed a few other faces and have seen them a few times. Either way this is my favorite post office as I'm usually in and out!”

“I came in the other day & it was about 10 minutes to close so I knew I was cutting it close with possibly getting helped in time (this was the only time I was able to get there). Let me tell you - Kathleen was HOLDING IT DOWN! This woman had a line of about 13-15 people deep with a million packages getting sent all over the place for the upcoming holidays. She was able to help all the people in front of me, myself, and the lady behind me all within that last 10 minutes of her store hours all while keeping her cool! It's the holiday season and every time I've gone in, the lady with short dark hair has helped me. She can have a line of 20 people and still have a smile on her face, help a couple people at once, and still deliver excellent customer service to each and every person.
