“I have only had the most excellent experiences at this BJ's Tire Center. I recently had the misfortune of a screw in the sidewall of my tire. Tim helped me get a replacement tire that was covered under hazard warranty. He also helped me sort out what to do to get back on the road as soon as possible at the lowest cost to me. The following week, I went in to get the replacement tire installed, and both tire techs were just fantastic. One of the guys there gave me great advice for if something like that were to happen again. The guys there work hard and are so helpful.”

“If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! My car was making this loud sound. I took it to my dealership, and the technicians kept my car for a week, only to tell me a rock was stuck behind the wheel. Picked up my car today, about an hour later, my car starts making the same sound, but this time , louder and terrifying. I had no clue how my dealership could miss this !!! I was about to turn on to the highway when I spotted Monro Auto Service and decided I had to stop here. Jay was already outside and asked me “how long has it been making this sound”. I explained what had happened above, and told him that I recently had an oil change and tire rotation. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the problem in 20 minutes Jay and his team are incredible! I found my new trusted auto shop ! I was so defeated but I am so grateful for them!
