“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. Since they only sell tiresThey did not try to take advantage of me. which shows integrity in my book.I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you up Pete's Tire. I'll def. Be back for any tire needs in any of our vehicles business and personal.”

“These guys are awesome! They put up with a ton of rude customers. I normally don't do many reviews however, I had to do this one. There was some lady who came in with her kids. I just dropped off my car for a tire light issue. This lady was yelling at them the moment she walked in. She told the tall guy with the beard that everytime she comes to this store she feels they personally attack her. Still the gentleman was very patient with her and explained everything very clearly to her. He did nothing wrong! The lady was VERY ignorant and you could easily tell. The customer continued to complain about the TV not having enough channels to entertain her children who weren't behaving. That's a parenting issue NOT the one gentlemen's issue to solve. If you decide to bring your vehicle to Pepboys, judge for yourself and not the reviews of some of these other angry people. They were very upfront with me and within the time frame that they gave me, my car was fixed properly. Thank you Pepboys!”

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”
