Throughout the repair process they gave us a tour of the shop, explaining what work was being done, they kept in constant communication with us and provided photographs of the repairs as they progressed. Derek arranges all your car rental needs and goes above and beyond for his customers. Derek and Tim are very particular about providing show room quality work and they touched up some minor repairs that weren't quoted at no additional cost. “I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there”
