“First of all, I cannot say enough on how excellent Ken Rocha Collision is! I was in an accident in Nov. 2023 and was referred to them for help with the insurance company and repairs. My first contact was with Amanda and I felt as if we became friends through the process. She was incredibly helpful with every detail and kept me in the loop. If it wasn't for her help, I would have lost it. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was in awe, it looked & smelled better than when I purchased it from the dealer! I also had spoken with Cynthia & Rachel, which both were so pleasant and professional. “Great people to work with. Long story short parents car got stuck in the middle of 95. AAA pr road side assistance never responded to towing it, state police were contacted and had Nicks tow it . They impounded it. Spoke to Leslie who was an amazing help getting it out of impound and towed back to the dealer. Mind you this car was 3 days old. They worked it out with the dealer to get it back to them all the way to CT while my mom and dad were at the cancer center. Great , professional people. Highly recommended”
