Tyler, the service manager, took it upon himself to help me immediately, even though the service could've waited until the morning. These guys really care about helping customers and doing a good job, and I can't thank them enough. Their attitude and performance is exactly what creates a loyal customer (though of course I hope not to be a frequent customer, since it's a repair shop). My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.”
