I have been renting cars from this location for a few years now and while they sometimes have a scarce inventory of cars they always do their best to meet my needs. Tyler has always gone the extra mile to make sure I’m happy and in the last year Mike A. has joined the EP team and brought that same high level of service. Just last week Mike took the extra time to make last minute adjustments to my rental to make sure I was happy. He’s very understanding of customer’s needs and does everything in his power to meet those needs.”

“While our vehicle was being repaired at Hillview Autobody, we were provided a rental thru Christy’s. Hillview and Christy’s made our life easier by providing us a larger rental at one point halfway thru our repair process. We had a 5 passenger Rogue while our 7 passenger Honda pilot was being repaired, but we needed to get something larger for a road trip and they were very accommodating. Both vehicles were in great condition and the staff was very helpful.”

“Safeway is Amazing. They have saved me so much money. Just today my car had an issue I asked them to fix. They let me know it may be covered by the dealer under an extended warranty due to a class action. Well guess what, it is covered 100%. Not all shops will let you know that. Many will just do the job and take the cash.

“I had two wonderful positive experiences coming to Balise Collision Repair. Not only did they do amazing job fixing the back of my car after being rear ended, but they also did an amazing job fixing the hood of my car as well. I would like to give a huge shout out to the team of staff and to the general manager Teara for going out of your way of providing wonderful service both times. I would also like to mention, Teara was very quick in getting my car in to fix the hood and I got it back the next day. My car looks brand new. “The pickup and drop off of the rental car was very easy. The people couldn't have better. Unfortunately, we arrived late because of a flight delay and there were few cars to select from. The Mazda CX30 was too little and not very user friendly.”

“as referred to Christy's after my vehicle was severely damaged by a tree, I could not be happier with every aspect of this operation. Pick up was very easy and efficient, the vehicle was ready for the time I reserved it and Brian was incredibly helpful and professional for the entire process. He clearly explained charges and limits to mileage so there was no uncertainty in the future. The one standout moment among many incredible ones was when my insurance company began to put a time restriction on my rental car due to my vehicle being totaled. Nathan was extremely helpful in this situation. He was extraordinarily empathetic to the circumstance and he and I were able to communicate clearly and come up with a wonderful plan for extending the vehicle in the short term to fit my needs. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Joe who aided in this process and carried on the same level of professionalism as Nathan and Brian. Drop off was a cinch, I arrived literally two minutes after they opened and Brian was ready to go to complete drop off just as easily as we completed pick up. Long review short, if you go to Christy's you'll be treated with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.
