    i had about 6 boxes to ship out and a few questions, workers were nice and went through the line as quickly as they could

    90% of the time they're fine. They buzz to let us know we have a package. Today's nimrod must have buzzed on the way out, not giving time to get downstairs and left. I'm wandering the lobby as I see him drive off. The supervisors defense of employee was lame leaving me w.no viable option to get my package.
