Lost $400 package and wasted 2 weeks of our time claiming they knew where it was. Didn't even do anything to refund the "shipping" cost

The online service sucks you get a robot that doesn’t work and just says it doesn’t understand should probably fix that or just have a human answer the phone to help you!

Don't rent a PO Box here. Go somewhere else. Paid in January and someone at USPS changed the lock. We never got our mail. drove down, Corinne said that Jeremie left a note telling her someone callled to close the box. We paid until July 31, 2023.
