“I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.”

He's professional, He's kind & sweet to my dogs and gives them treats,he's always smiling.He does work very hard around the holidays & he's out at 5 am delivering packages. “I've been dealing with this post office for the past 18 years and I have always found the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful. The only bad experience I ever had there was over a decade ago, in dealing with a grumpy older man, but he retired soon afterwards. Ever single postal worker I've dealt with since has been friendly. As for the accusation that "they keep the doors locked after hours," I myself have never found this to be the case. Many times I've walked through an unlocked door and into the lobby to mail my letters.”
“I just moved back to the area and had to put a hold on mail so I probably come here more often than the average person right now. It's the holiday season and every time I've gone in, the lady with short dark hair has helped me. She can have a line of 20 people and still have a smile on her face, help a couple people at once, and still deliver excellent customer service to each and every person. I appreciate all of her efforts and will add her name to this review next time I go in there :)”

“You can't buy stamps or any type of postage at this location. You can apply for a passport here and pick up mail you put on hold or large packages that you wanted held at the office instead of delivering, to avoid them from getting stolen at your delivery address.”
