“Awesome customer service! I purchased a pair of shoes that once my son started wearing them, they started to squeak after an hour or so. Normally, nobody will take back a pair of worn shoes but the manager was great. We switched them for a new pair. Squeaking shoes are defective. I was very worried we would have to fight about this but it was easy. Thank you again! Nice to see they are again stocking work shoes.”

“Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable and the shoes are all such good quality. When I go in, the ladies almost always offer up a shoe I never would have tried on just from looking at it but when I do I love it! And it's so hard to just leave with one pair of shoes and not add on another perfect pair or some cute socks or gorgeous purse or statement necklace or party sweater! Eva Bryn is definitely a store that makes it worth going out of your way to visit. And they have plenty of parking in the back if you don't like to parallel park :)”
