Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. “I was experiencing some heel pain in my ultraboosts and decided to come here for a more professional fitting, hoping to find shoes better suited to my feet. As soon as I arrived an associate was able to help me with the foot analysis which was super quick and easy. She brought out a few different pairs to try on based on my arch, ball width, soles, and other measurements. Ultimately I ended up with the Hoka Clifton 9’s, easily one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I’ve ever worn and I’ve been enjoying them a lot on my runs and walks. I had a fantastic experience here and absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a shoe that suits them perfectly! So happy with my Hokas.”

He answered every question that I had and went to the back room to get multiple boots for me to try without hesitation or irritation. “Randy, Noah and CJ all helped me get clothes and work supplies for my son that's taking carpentry at Parkway West Technical Institute this year the clothes are a little bit expensive but they're worth it because their Carhartt and they have a very big selection plus they have boots if you need them to but these three guys really helped me out and whoever owns the store should really hire more guys like them. They were courteous professional and find everything I needed without me having to look everywhere”

“I wear crepe soles boots and those of you who have them know the soles don't last very long especially if you want to keep some tread on them. This place repairs them quickly and always does nice work. You can get your boots resoled for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of a new pair. Plan on leaving them for a couple days and they'll return ready to go.”

“Wonderful store. I have always loved their selection of Birkenstocks and Alegria shoes, but also this past summer, I sustained a significant injury to my foot and was in a boot for four months. When released from the boot, I found my injured foot could not fit into any of my shoes. I went to Best Made Shoes confident that they would know how to care for my mismatched feet, one now a wide and then other a narrow and even measuring different sizes in length. After working to make a wide shoe fit my one narrow foot, I happily walked out of the store with two pairs of shoes that fit! I am so thankful for the good care I have experienced from the Best Made Shoes team and for good quality shoes!”
