I had the pleasure of working with James Jordan at my local fishing creek branch. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to change something with an account I opened, so I went into my local branch and said I worked with him. They sent him my number and he promptly called me back to take care of my concerns.

Literally the friendliest people I've ever met. I was confused on how to do things and they were able to help me through every step and explained all that I was doing. They were great with conversation and made me feel extremely welcomed. I really want to thank the ladies who helped me today!
