“A great bank. Professional staff. Even with them since 2005. One issue:::: I was scammed by a facebook ad. When brought to the attention of the bank,, they said they would investigate. About a month later they responded and believed the scammer, (a complete stranger) whom they've never met and I had been with them for over 15 years. I had a pretty hefty balance so why would I want to lie about a $100.00 scam? Been bugging me for quite some time. Think I'm going to clear my account tomorrow.”

“I used to use M&T Bank. Unfortunately, their tellers were often not friendly. I already had an account with White Rose Credit Union. One day, I left White Rose after completing a transaction. I walked into M&T very happy. The teller was so mean! I told her to withdraw all of my funds. I took them down the street to White Rose and have been there ever since. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they help you with anything financial. 10/10 will always recommend.”

“I had a home a second home in Outer banks which had a high interest rate with another Big Name Bank. I asked the "Big Name Bank" if I could get a lower rate and they said it would not be a problem though I had to go through the loan application process again. Well after pulling all the information they wanted they denied my loan stating that since I am able to make current payments they would not offer a lower RATE. My credit score is 780. I went to Traditions bank and they simply made it too easy to finance the loan at a significant rate reduction. Since then I have all my accounts with them and they have been wonderful!”

He was so nice and very thorough. Thank you so much. I later took my just graduated college daughter in to speak with Colin. He spoke to her about paying off her college loans. She had $26,000.00 to pay off. She worked last summer and had some savings from her RA dorm job. She moved to Chicago got a Nannie position and has as of 1 year later only $4,400.00 left on her loan. She will finish paying off her loan in August in four months. Colin was so kind and informative and inspirational. Thank you. You are a treasure.”
