All other shops that I went to/spoke to stated they were unable to resize it to the size I needed. Luckily, I came across Gem Boutique and they were able to do what was impossible for other shops. From the first time I came into the shop both employees were very kind and helpful and even broke down multiple options for me to try if they were unable to successfully resize my ring.
