All other shops that I went to/spoke to stated they were unable to resize it to the size I needed. Luckily, I came across Gem Boutique and they were able to do what was impossible for other shops. From the first time I came into the shop both employees were very kind and helpful and even broke down multiple options for me to try if they were unable to successfully resize my ring. He mailed it to me hidden inside a book at my request so that my wife would just think it was one of the many books I normally order by mail and not suspect what was really inside the package. I gave the pendant to her today for our 50th wedding anniversary and she was very surprised and pleased. “A little pricy, yet friendly service with some good dealsHowever I wasn't told about return policy. Purchased a pair of employee used boots n realized that when walking in them my heal kept lifting out n my socks would bunch up under my insole. Very uncomfortable constantly pulling them up...after phone call girl did suggest to return for some type of heal insert to hopefully stop that from happening at which time I was told they were not returnable. Bummer, very disappointed”
