Professional and comfortable to work with. <48 hours before our engagement photoshoot, I discovered a stone had fallen out of my band. Jamie to the rescue - had it fixed by the next morning! We will definitely go back to Oletowne Jewelers in the future (maybe an anniversary band!)”

“Steve repaired my cherished wedding ring. It was originally set with 6 prongs, which kept bending. I’ve had it repaired and re-set 3 other times. Steve advised I should consider a 4 prong setting as it’s stronger and shows more of the stone - I’m so glad I trusted his advice! The ring is stunning and the setting feels much more solid. He cleaned and polished my ring and had it back to me much quicker than I anticipated. He went above and beyond with great communication and the work on my ring is just stunning! Plus, his pricing was beyond reasonable! If you are seeking a highly qualified jeweler that treats your jewelry with same love and passion that you have for it- Steve @ Franklin Jewelers is highly recommended by me; if you knew me, you’d know, that’s saying a lot! “Staff here was very polite and respectful. I originally came to the mall to get my daughters ears pierced at banter but because the staff was ignorant chose to come to claires and I'm so glad I did. “The piercer that I met today (9/21/24) that had an earlobe stack, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very informative and kind when I communicated to her that I wanted to build my ear lobe stack like hers. She advised that I move my first hole lower so that it can build up evenly. I got 4 piercings done to start and I’m really happy with how they turned out.”
