It's staffed by people just like you and me, trying our best to eek out a living in this country that doesn't give a damn about honest people trying to better themselves. If they make mistakes, guess what... Everyone does. That doesn't give you the excuse to downvote this location because of one negative interaction. How do you know if the person making your precious meatball sub, hasn't just found out that a parent, or someone close to them has died?! Let's stop placing so much emphasis on "the little things."”
