“Outside ans inside of store were both clean. Associates greeted every customer, got people in and out in an efficient manner, and were not rude. MTO food was hot, delicious, and a very fair price. There were plenty of options available in the "hot bar" area. Their gas prices are also pretty competitive.”

“I have mostly tried to avoid Rutters since they took an antimask stance during the pandemic, but today I found myself having to stop there (never delay a pregnant wife's request for snacks). I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean store. I'm used to convenience stores looking like a waffle house bathroom and hiring employees who weren't friendly enough for the DMV, but this store seems to be the exception. 10/10 will return to this location.”

“I was recently visiting friends and I had never been to a Rutters store . The store was clean and a very good choice of different products. I could have spent hours looking at everything. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was how rude and unprofessional the young man that waited on me was . He thumped his fingers on the counter as if to say “hurry up “. He had his phone on the counter and he was looking over at it instead of helping me with the transaction . I had this feeling that he was not happy doing his job and would rather be somewhere else . In my era the customer paid the paychecks for the store . I appreciate a hello and a thank you after purchasing an item . In conclusion, if I ever come out to visit I will stop into Rutters store .He was an African American young man .”

“most of the staff are nice but like anywhere it varies. sometimes theyll let you make change but not alwaysbefore covid i really wished they had baskets as you can get your hands full pretty quick, and other turkey hills nearby had them. being a mini mart the prices are usually higher than elsewhere but they havent always made sure that everythings price is posted”
