“Pharmacist Song You was so very helpful and kind today as I had problems under my COBRA insurance after being laid off. He took the time to explain and do many calls to try to figure out what was happening with my insurance. Unfortunately, under COBRA plan, I had similar problems - was not CVS fault and that pharmacist was such a great help, kind, caring helping me to figure out problems many months ago as was today without insurance I thought I had - trying to give me any discounts.
Most caring staff to do the right thing, help people and I will not go anywhere but CVS Woodlyn.”

“My parents are house bound seniors and were using this pharmacy for a while. It has been useful since they can get their medications delivered. Recently, we had some issues with the cost of my mother’s new medications due to her insurance (at no fault of Delmar) so we had to speak to several people over the last few days, especially the owner Brian, and everyone was extremely helpful. They did a lot of work for us, between calling her doctors and insurance, speaking to both me and my mother, working on prior-auths etc. Unfortunately, we’re at the mercy of the insurance company and so in the end it turned out the only cost effective way for my mom to get her meds with her insurance plan is to go through her insurance’s mail order pharmacy but the customer service here was great and you can tell they really care. We will continue to use Delmar when her insurance allows.”
“Used this pharmacy after a hospitalization and the pharmacist was able to get me a great discount on a medication I needed. A different pharmacist at another place did not. So, I really feel like Mercy Pharmacy looks out for their customers and would recommend them :-)”

Dr. Steven and his staff are not just excellent pharmacists, they are exceptional people. His warmth and kindness have been a steady source of comfort during some of my hardest moments.

“When Sunray closed due to the riots etc. I switched back to rite aid. This was the absolute worse decision ever. CVS and Rite Aid always made getting my medication difficult and become more of a chore than an errand. There was a lot of bouncing back and forth calling my doctor's office for prior authorizations and my medical insurance. I have two insurance companies and would pay ridiculous copays. As soon as I switched back to Sunray my copays were $2 or $0. I was able to get my medications quickly unless they needed to be ordered and they took the pain out of getting much needed medication. Sunray is literally the best pharmacy ever! I totally regret swapping. I'm never leaving them again because they made my life easy again! I would give more stars if I could. Best pharmacy staff ever!”

Everyone with whom I have dealt has been absolutely outstanding. They all were happy, friendly and very willing to help me.
