“the kindest and most helpful pharmacy i have been to in my entire life!! they worked with me for a day and a half transferring prescriptions and talking to other pharmacies due to MY error. i almost cried when i left there because i have never before felt like a pharmacist cared about me or tried to help me figure out problems before working with the staff here(s/o brad and the amazing woman i talked to on friday). i went to pick up my meds on a saturday and was in and out in under 5 (maybe even 3) minutes.every month i have dreaded going to rite aid to pick up my prescriptions and i feel so thankful to not have to go there anymore. I’m not sure why I thought smaller pharmacies would be more expensive but it was the same exact cost as any larger pharmacy. i will be recommending to every single person i know.”

“Fantastic customer service! I had to get two prescriptions filled very quickly. Leah (spelling?) reviewed all of my options over the phone to ensure I received the lowest prices. I encountered traffic and arrived 5 minutes before closing and the clerk and pharmacist cheerfully prepared my prescriptions on the spot and I was on my way in 3 minutes. Amazing!”

“My husband and I sold our home through New Western. We dealt with Brendan and he was always courteous and responsive. Being able to leave large items behind in our basement and garage was key to us. I think we got a fair price for our house and since we had no realtor fees or closing costs, and no need to hire someone to haul away junk, it was pure profit for us. Very happy with the overall experience.”

“Absolute life savers!!! My dad is nonverbal and lives in a completely different state. At the hospital over the weekend & unfortunately they changed his meds. Discharged Sunday afternoon & this pharmacy by EOD Monday.. picked up & redid all his pill packets. If anyone knows anything about pills and meds being change mid way thru pill packets, it’s incredible painful. Delmar had everything done before I even called them.. doctor couldn’t even figure it out!!! They are the best and blow everyone else out of the water!!!”

I started using Pepper Pharmacy recently for my monthly prescriptions, and I was blown away by how friendly, knowledgable, and caring the staff is. I was helped by their pharmacist Carrie, who not only assisted me with the prescription that brought me in, but went out of her way to help answer other questions I was having. Not just a good experience, but an excellent one. My visit to Pepper went above and beyond what I've come to expect from a local pharmacy.”

“When Sunray closed due to the riots etc. I switched back to rite aid. This was the absolute worse decision ever. CVS and Rite Aid always made getting my medication difficult and become more of a chore than an errand. There was a lot of bouncing back and forth calling my doctor's office for prior authorizations and my medical insurance. I have two insurance companies and would pay ridiculous copays. As soon as I switched back to Sunray my copays were $2 or $0. I was able to get my medications quickly unless they needed to be ordered and they took the pain out of getting much needed medication. Sunray is literally the best pharmacy ever! I totally regret swapping. I'm never leaving them again because they made my life easy again! I would give more stars if I could. Best pharmacy staff ever!”
“Just received my COVID booster vaccine shot here. I didn't even have to schedule the appointment- I just walked in and they were able to provide the vaccine within 20 minutes. Such an easy process. I received my first two doses of the Moderna vaccine here in the spring. All visits were a great experience- efficient, professional, and no hassles. I highly recommend this pharmacy for COVID vaccines. I plan to return for a flu shot sometime in the near future.”
