“Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”
“They have great prices and right now they're having really good holiday deals the downside they always only have one register open maybe two so it's a long wait in line when it's busy. Also make sure if you need customer service or layaway to go in the correct line which is to the left. If you stand in the sale line you will be redirected and that's a pain. ?”
“I usually go picking up packages for my wife. On the occasion that I've had to buy her something, the people that work here have gone above and beyond to help a guy out in a girl's store. You can't ask for more when you don't know much and you're facing a numbering system that only makes sense to women. Thanks for translating. It's equaled a big win with wife!”

“Some people say Hot Topic isn't the same anymore, but it's also not the edgy 2000s anymore!The store is always neat and clean. There's never any obstacles (besides people). They're too expensive for me on typical, but I still get specially stuff, like my Sailor Moon swimsuit.That said, I ran into a hitch where online had some MAJOR issues, including sending the wrong sizes. Online didn't/couldn't fix it, but a manager recently fixed the issue by replacing it. Thanks!Nothing I can really complain about save for prices, which is out of the store's control anyhow.”
“Had a great experience at this location this past week! Wanted a specific shorts and shirt set for my son that was on sale, but his size wasn’t available in store. Josh ordered the shirt to be shipped to my home, but the shorts weren’t available for him to order or for me to do so online. But he knew when their next shipment was coming, and said he’d look for them and if they happened to get them, put them aside for me. The next afternoon I got a message that they came in, and he put them on hold for me, along with “I know you wanted these for your son’s birthday, I hope he loves them!”. Just so kind and so helpful!”
“My friends and I stopped here on Saturday and we had such a great and wonderful experience. The customer service from Janet was fantastic! My friend had been looking for a shirt for a family picture and this was our last store. We had already been to every store in the mall and nothing. My friend left Loft with at least 5 shirts! Definitely recommend coming here! Will for sure be coming back again.”
“A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.”
“There should be more variety of men's clothing, change the doors to modern ones, for a store of such prestige it is a shame, there are good offers and everyone who attends should be bilingual!!”
“This store typically has great items that aren't all rayon. Normally, you have to try because every piece varies somewhat in size. Typically, a large sale with a special discount for passport holders. It is quite disappointing that there is no clothing produced in the USA.”

“Store was smaller than expected with decent variety but my rating is solely based on my customer service experience. I bought 6 items but left with only 3 and didn’t realize it until I got home and settled in. Due to how much I spent on 6 items and only left with 3, I gave myself no choice but to go back and reclaim the remaining items I paid for. I was praying I wouldn’t have to go through any hassle, but when I came back, the items I left were already put to the side with a note specifying that it was forgotten. The cashier responsible for putting my things to the side I believe was KNAOHUE ??? I definitely think I butchered the name I apologize. I value this type of customer service. It might not mean much to other ppl, but this service made my day.”
“I recently lost weight and needed to be sized for new bras. The place is very organized. Unfortunately they are short staff, but who isn't these days. But Faith that took care of me did a fabulous job. She did a wonderful job taking care of everyone she could.”
