“Very beautiful outdoor promenade mall - unfortunately, not the most ideal place to go to when the weather is not cooperating ( standalone stores with great landscape ). A few very good restaurants, mostly premium brands along with a movie theater. Great place when the weather is nice - very easy to get to and conveniently located. A bit on the pricey side though. A nice feature is the splash spray playground in the center w/Starbucks cafe - great spot to hangout with the young ones. PROS - beautiful layout, name brand stores, easy access, ample parking, free parking is near the stores and on the outside. Nice center w/starbucks and spray playground during summer heat ( kids will enjoy ). CONS - pricey, no cover from the elements ( no roofing, directly walk into the stores ), really can only enjoy half the year : not worth going when the weather is not nice ( except for the movie theater ). TIPS - when hot, try parking under the trees or towards the rear ( less crowd ), they have a n”

“I was very impressed with the store. I was having trouble finding Christmas gifts when I randomly visited here. I was greeted by Laurie who was attentive and offered suggestions while I was there. Laurie provided the kind of customer service that you don't receive anywhere now. She was welcoming, kind and made my shopping easier. I miss this kind of customer service. I would return to shop here for this reason alone. It is a bonus that the clothes were so beautiful, colorful and reasonably priced.”

“The level of care, kindness, and attention I received as soon as I walked through the doors was astounding. I went to Brooks Brothers at around 5pm, and they close at 7pm. I needed a suit for my medical school interview that was in two days, and the staff wasn’t sure if they would have it ready for me in time. Fred, the store associate and the individual responsible for measurements, immediately went to work. He took my dimensions and brought me back to the suit area. Jude, the store manager, and Ursula, the supervisor and tailor, helped in finding a jacket for us. We decided to go with the blue regent windowpane jacket, and it fit me perfectly. This took only about 10 minutes. We moved to the pants, found a pair, and Ursula began making adjustments to them. The level of knowledge in Fred was impressive and very helpful, as this was my first ever suit purchase. I decided to purchase two ties and two shirts, and Jude and Frank helped me with both, while Ursula was working on the pants. Frank ironed out one of the shirts for me, and what great customer service that is! I waited for a little while in their chairs until the clothes were ready. Once everything was done, Frank and Jude thanked me for shopping with them, and wished me good luck on my interview. It was only about 6:40 by the time I left! The quality of the clothes is phenomenal, and the quality of care was even better. I highly recommend shopping here for suits and professional wear!”
