Rarely a wait as the bank is well staffed by experienced tellers. ATM has never been "down" in the 13 yrs I've been banking here. I wouldn't bank any place else. “I stopped in to cash a check. I was warmly greeted by 2 of the tellers. The service was fast and the staff was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and called me by name. They have lots of free parking and 2 drive through windows, plus an ATM drive through lane. They stay on top of things, especially now that the First Merit customers have all moved to Huntington Bank.”

“This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.”
