“It's nice to see brick and mortar stores hanging on in the day of online gratification. Especially with the all mighty Wal Mart lurking just a plaza over. I suppose these strip malls will be necessary for now, but the golden age of the multi stored plaza has sadly passed. If the fast food giants weren't there, a staple of the Armstrong area diet, I would think the plaza would disappear”
“I have been a member of the bank since it opened many years ago. I have no problem with any of the employees. Some of them even have went way out of their way to help me. I liked it so much when I moved to Florida I kept a few account open at Northwest while I lived down south. They have been helpful to me, and this includes Charlie. She knows who I am and even calls me by my name at times.”

“Everyone has their own opinions about this place. I went today for my first time to open an account with a very wild toddler. They were nothing but patient and understanding gave him a lollie to keep him busy. Opened my accounts with no issues explaining all I needed to know. I got to talking about loans because I am in the process of trying to get approved and they were very patient and answered all my stupid questions I had with kindness. I had a great experience here. Very friendly staff.”
