“I've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Today was my first time coming in without an appointment, and even then, I only waited about 20–25 minutes. Everything was quick, smooth, and easy, just like usual. The only minor thing about today’s visit is that I could tell the needle stick was a bit rough and might leave a bruise—but hey, that can happen sometimes. Overall, still a reliable and efficient place. I’ll definitely keep coming to this Labcorp.”

“I went to a new location to get my blood work done. It was the location at 5311 Limestone Rd., Newark, DE. The staff there on Saturday, February 15 was one man and one woman I can’t remember their names. I apologize. She was amazing. They were both friendly professional courteous took my blood with no problems getting my vein. And just made us feel welcomed, especially with the political climate the way it is. This will be our location from now on because the staff that we dealt with on Saturday was that great. Making people feel comfortable & safe it’s so important in today’s political climate.”

“Went in and easily checked in, was seen within 3 minutes. Despite having systems issues the staff did not turn me away. I often have trouble with finding a good vein, but the phlebotomist was great at finding the best vein and was out in less than 10 minutes!”

“I love the location; it's in the walkable center of Newark and easy to access. The staff here are also great. I am squeamish with needles and can have trouble with passing out sometimes, especially if I have to fast before a blood draw, but the technician here was reassuring and helped me to be 100% fine. There was also an issue with cost for one of my wife's test and the front-desk staff were super helpful. There were a few other people here when we got here, but this place was operating efficiently and there was little wait, and we were able to go right when our scheduled appointments were or even slightly earlier. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is, and I think this is probably a Labcorp-wide issue, if a doctor orders a series of tests, and you get up and realize one of them is going to be very expensive so you don't want it, it is very difficult to remove individual tests. It is time-consuming for the desk staff and also not practical. What I would prefer in this case were that the costs of the tests were itemized and presented to the patient at the time of the appointment, and then you could choose to remove individual tests based on cost. So hopefully they can address this issue in the future and lead to a better patient experience. It is very important for the patient to be able to itemize costs nowadays because cost is a key factor in whether or not to get certain tests. Some might be worth it if they're cheap, but not if they're expensive.”
“Excellent experience. Texting system works well, makes checking in very easy. I was seen promptly and the tech had exceptional technique. I was a Medical Technologist and I know good from not-so-good.”
