Made an appointment online easily, checked in when I got there and was taken back in 2 minutes. Blood draw was smooth and comfortable. My husband went a couple weeks later and had the same experience.”

“I had a very good experience with the staff. This was my first time having blood drawn since high school, and I got up a little too quickly and had a fainting spell/almost passed out. They made sure that I was feeling better and told me to stay as long as needed until I was feeling better. They were very attentive and I'm very thankful they were there.”

“Went yesterday for a fasting blood draw. I was extremely pleased with the staff. Very friendly and went above and beyond. Clean office. And easy to get an appt. No waiting and no bruising. I had lots and lots of bloodwork done. Sometimes you get a bruise and Sometimes not I didn't feel a thing and no bruise.”

“I love the location; it's in the walkable center of Newark and easy to access. The staff here are also great. I am squeamish with needles and can have trouble with passing out sometimes, especially if I have to fast before a blood draw, but the technician here was reassuring and helped me to be 100% fine. There was also an issue with cost for one of my wife's test and the front-desk staff were super helpful. There were a few other people here when we got here, but this place was operating efficiently and there was little wait, and we were able to go right when our scheduled appointments were or even slightly earlier. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is, and I think this is probably a Labcorp-wide issue, if a doctor orders a series of tests, and you get up and realize one of them is going to be very expensive so you don't want it, it is very difficult to remove individual tests. It is time-consuming for the desk staff and also not practical. What I would prefer in this case were that the costs of the tests were itemized and presented to the patient at the time of the appointment, and then you could choose to remove individual tests based on cost. So hopefully they can address this issue in the future and lead to a better patient experience. It is very important for the patient to be able to itemize costs nowadays because cost is a key factor in whether or not to get certain tests. Some might be worth it if they're cheap, but not if they're expensive.”

“My Quest in Kennett Square is so convenient and efficient. From online scheduling and automated check-in, I have literally 0 wait time, maybe a few minutes at most. The phlebotomist is extremely skilled, I never have had a discomforting experience and I go there at least once or twice a year for the last 12 years for annual bloodwork. Highly recommend Quest KSQ!”
