“I had to bring my 4 day old daughter in here back in November to get an additional test done. When we arrived, it turns out Christiana Peds never sent a script in for the test. Being 4 days postpartum with a newborn, I was super overwhelmed and everyone at Lab Services was BEYOND nice and helpful. Special thank you to Char for helping resolve my situation with Christiana Peds and getting that script sent over so my daughter could have her test done ASAP and we could go home. I’m so grateful for how kind and helpful Char was. Would absolutely recommend this Lab because of the staff!!”

“I did not realize that this was not a walk-in lab. You should get an appt online. However, I was there just as they reopened after lunch and no one was there yet. Regina was super kind and squeezed me in before anyone else showed up. That kindness was much appreciated. Judging by other reviews, this is her normal work ethic. I hope that she gets recognized with a good raise for this kind of performance.”

“10/30 The front desk ladies were so nice and I wish I got the name of who did my blood work, but she was so sweet and got everything done so fast. Such a quick process and super easy. Definitely recommend going in the morning on a Monday, no one was there and got checked in within 10 minutes.”

“Did bloodwork there this morning, I had an appointment and QR code for check-in, no problems. Didn't wait long before I was called. Meliah is a pro! Techs always have trouble finding my veins but she found it on her first try and I barely felt it. I was in and out within 20 minutes. She was pleasant, efficient and good at her job. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!”

“I’ve had two great experiences at this location. I have a blood phobia so getting blood work done is extremely difficult for me. The two times I went here, both phlebotomists were great. They checked me in really quickly and had my blood work done within a few minutes. Definitely recommend making an appointment online and adding your insurance information in advance. Get there 10+ minutes in advance too. I was there 20 min early, checked in on the iPad, provided my insurance info and had my blood drawn all before my scheduled appt. They were great!”

“After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about going there. Since my doctor recommended them, I figured I would give it a try. They are wonderful! The NP is very caring and listens to what you are saying. The office staff is terrific and very accommodating. I needed to arrive at a later time for my study and they made the necessary arrangements, so I did not have to reschedule. I would highly recommend!”
