I just had a very pleasant experience speaking with Ritu on the phone. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She set me up on the phone with an in person meeting so I won't have to wait when I arrive at the branch. She also sent me a calendar invite immediately. Thank you!
