Whether I am a patient or a physician's office, the pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. If its rudeness, which I doubt, that's unacceptable. Is it poor staff planning? or ineffective system planning or prioritization? The patients and physician's who you serve, NEED you to be responsive.

HORRIBLE THEY CLOSED EARLY AT 9:00 PM when it says they close at 10:00 pm. Also we saw customers come out the store forcing the door open with their hands cause they turned off the automatic we tried to force the door open to enter cause we thought it was an error they were all looking at us so we walked away and a woman came and slammed the door closed behind us. Like how rude but whatever their loss

I had Covid this past week and needed an additional Covid test so I ordered one for pick up. I called the store once it was ready and asked if it could be placed through the pharmacy window so I did not have to come in the store. The pharmacy has been short staffed so the window was closed but Ron, the store manager offered to bring it out to my car. He was so very kind in his support of my needs and I will always be grateful for that.

The pharmacy is horrible! I got a notification that my sick daughter’s medicine was ready for pick up. I got there at 1:29 and I asked if I could pick up her medicine. They said no they are closed from 1:30-2pm and start closing the pharmacy gate in my face. There is absolutely no reason why the entire pharmacy needs to shut down for a half hour.

The lady with the long gray hair and glasses was very rude to me about reprinting a photo that was clearly not the size I had ordered and half of the picture was cut off because the printer had stopped working. She did not want to hear what I had to say and told me that she "has worked in the business for five years and knows what she's talking about." and the other CVS sent us to theirs because "they didn't want to deal with it." Thankfully she obviously did not want to deal with it as she left us to help someone else and told another worker to deal with us. This guy was much nicer and actually listened and reprinted the picture for me. And in the end she looked like a complete idiot because I was the person who was right and her five years of working there clearly have not taught her anything. Her customer service was horrible and she was rude for no reason whatsoever. Had she just listened to what I wanted to say it could've been way easier. I wish I had gotten her name because I will never be returning to that CVS again so I do not have to see her.

Slowly declining over the years. Never answer their phone anymore. A ton of automated notifications but when you need clarification, good luck. Automation is great but not a replacement/excuse for not staffing to answer phones when automation can’t answer a question.

As others have said for years now, they don’t answer the phone. I spent over an hour trying to speak with someone from the pharmacy about a prescription. Over 40 mins on hold and the line went dead. Called back and waited another 15 mins and then the system sent me to prescriber voicemail. My prescription has been held up for over a week unfilled. People depend on their medications and it’s beyond frustrating and disappointing to deal with this store.

I’d rate this cvs an 2 out of 5. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for the past 3 days now. Every time I’ve called I’ve been on hold for over an hour with NO help whatsoever and no one answers. I eventually just gave up, but for anyone else trying to get their prescription maybe go into the store. Their customer service over the phone is abysmal.

The pharmacy never picks up their phone. After 15 minutes on hold I decided to drive another 15 minutes & still got there before they answered the phone. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes when I got there. Talk about poor customer service!!

The pharmacy's customer service is horrendous. No one EVER answers the phone, medications are never in stock, and when they're finally refilled, it's the wrong prescription 1/3 of the time. If you don't want to do your job as a pharmacist or tech, then get a different job.

this CVS has such bad customer service. they give you the worst attitude when you come in, they don’t answer phone calls and just take their time doing everything. not a very kind environment whatsoever.

The white lady with gray hair and glasses was bizarrely rude. I guess she was doing passport photos, but I needed a covid home test from behind the counter, so I quietly stood and waited... and she snapped that she was busy and to just "ask my question". Sorry you're having a bad day, but don't take it out on me.

For days there was a prescription that was pending on the automated system. Then the night before the last pill left the system says its processing at 11 pm. The next morning pending again. Then I try to call as days before no one will ever answer. Then I press prompt for drs office and the pharmacists answers and tells me the medication is back ordered and hangs up on me because I’m not a dr. They don’t answer their phone on the line I would normally use so…Then I had to call the physician cancel the prescription order there and have it called in to another cvs that is competent. The pharmacist was terribly rude. How dare they not notify the customer they can’t fill a prescription when their meds run out. The other cvs on Miles Ln west Chester was able to fill immediately. Go there not here.
