Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly.Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Truist is fine with us getting our checks anywhere we want.This branch is not open on Saturdays, but what the heck, I'm retired.”

“I've been a member at FMFCU for 15 years and I will always go out of my way to make it to the West Chester branch, even if I'm closer to another branch. Sumita, Therese & Shalini are the best, always making sure my banking needs are taken care of. From auto express loans, to HELOC, to regular everyday banking, I know I will always get top notch service when visiting.Recently there was an issue with a vehicle I was purchasing as it was considered "commercial". I already had an auto express check and completed the purchasing process at a dealer. I needed to switch from a personal auto express vehicle loan to a commercial vehicle loan. Carol Amplo & Sumita went above & beyond to make sure there was no delay in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this process instead of the traditional car dealer financing process....which is like a root canal, with no anesthetic.”

“Was there last week, i think the teller's name was Mary but not sure. I had to renew my passport at the courthouse. The courthouse needed a check, and would not take any other form of payment. Who carries checks around? Lucky for me it was a nice day out and i could walk to this bank. Mary quickly rose to the challenge and issued me the certified check that i needed. Explained how it worked and was as nice as could be. Thank you!”
“If you have any trouble or need any help or assistance ask for nick. He is one of the sweetest most understanding person I have ever met when going to a bank. I had a few issues when working with a bank teller and as I was leaving I saw nick and asked if there was any possible way he could help me he immediately stopped what he was doing and walked over and politely asked the woman to do the deposit For we have been customers there for many many years. He saved me a lot of headache and unwanted fees that would have happened if he had not helped me If I could give a million star review for nick i would. “I had 2 fraud purchases. I spoke with Keith R. at 9:01 am today to report these TikTok Shop purchases. Keith cancelled my card and said to come into the bank to get a new card, not a temporary. The 2 purchases will be disputed and after getting the new card he stated he would e:mail those disputes for my signature. EXCELLENT customer support from Keith & 1st Resource. Highly recommended.
