“I visit this branch pretty regular and have always had a great experience. Usually someone standing in the lobby asks if they can help me as soon as I walk in the door. But if that person is busy I just go right to the teller and there is never a long wait. The tellers have also always been very friendly. I actually went here just to cash a check and ended up moving two business accounts to Chase. I’m very happy with them.”

Called Citadel 800# and got great information (seemed too easy), then met with one of the folks in Eagle. She was amazing. My husband and I traveled from Maryland to the area to purchase a vehicle, and was blindsided by the dealership telling us at the last minute that they do not accept personal checks for out of state customers. We traveled to this location to see what our money-moving options are, and the team responded with so much empathy and compassion, ultimately helping us get cash for the majority of the down payment. Going above and beyond, a few days later, we received a follow-up call from the teller who helped us, Randy, who just called to make sure that it all worked out in the end; it did, but we couldn't have done it without this kind team! “In a time where fraudulent banking activity is everywhere and customer service seems to be non-existent, I wanted to give a huge shout out to my community bank, First Resource Bank. What truly impressed me was the bank's proactive approach to monitoring my account for any signs of unusual activity. There were 2 transactions that they deemed fraudulent and within minutes, I had a text, a call on my home line and a call to my cell. I immediately checked my account, and called my West Chester branch. Keith handled the call, helped me close the card and had the paperwork ready for me to sign to issue a new card for me when I walked into the branch 15 minutes later. I later received a call from their corporate office in Exton confirming that the issue had been resolved, and if there was anything else they could do for me.
