“Wow! Amazing amazing amazing!!! AAA had me waiting for 4 hours and told me a driver could be there within 5 more hours! I called On Time Towing and they said they could have a driver there within 10 minutes… BOB SHOWED UP WITHIN 7 MINUTES! He was so helpful and nice! “Me and Danyielle were shopping for a car. I inquired and Derrick responded right away within 10 minutes of our inquiry. He introduced himself like a professional.
He listened to us and he was more than aware that we knew what we wanted and we knew what we were talking about. Derick was not pushy. He listened. He explained what he did know and he was honest if he didn’t know something and then he discussed it with his managers, including Mark, who was also phenomenal. The whole transaction was great. There was constant communication, honesty, transparency, and again no pressure.
The negotiation was fair and firm. Both sides got what we wanted. Information on the car was readily available and more than enough to make an informed decision

“West Goshen Automotive has gone the distance helping me with my 2010 Sprinter Van. It had a lot of routine maintenance issues when I bought it, and some issues they had to dig deep to diagnose and then repair. When I had to ship it back from Indianapolis, after Triple A destroyed my right rear hub, they met the carrier, documented the damage and repaired the damage. I trust them to take care of my car and me. Mike and Dave are great guys to work with in the office and their mechanics are top notch.

“Great place and owner. Got stuck in a time crunch with finishing a project and needed a part at last minute, I called but didn’t leave a message. The owner was extremely friendly and called me from his cell phone after hours to see what I needed. He then called me back first thing in the morning, much before their opening time, to confirm he had the part and had it sitting all ready to go for me when I got there. Most of their business is online it seems, but if you are nearby, they allow local pickup. Next time I need a random, hard to find European part, I will definitely be ordering from here first.”

“Albeit, the damage was minor, I have the utmost respect for the time and patience it took to disassemble and reassemble my vehicle’s front end to repair the damage to my front bumper (caused by another driver who did not know their vehicle’s dimensions and swiped my front driver’s side). Classic Coachwork came recommended by my dealership and I will continue to sing their praises. Before insurance had ruled in my favor, I brought my 3 series BMW for a consult and did not realize how expensive it was to remove, repaint, and reinstall my front bumper and all it’s electronics, and they were willing to simply touch up the paint for me (before I found out I would not be paying out of pocket.) I am so pleased with their work (with PROPER repair of the damage) and recommend to anyone with any amount of body damage, large or small. I also have a dash cam and was able to witness first hand the care they took of my vehicle while in their possession. My car is PRISTINE (they even cleaned the engine bay!) and I could not be happier. Keep up the phenomenal work!”
