“I had taken my Mother to see Mr. Hugh Gbewonyo for unbalanced gait and severe painful arthritis. He greeted her with kindness and was very professional. After scanning her foot he explained what was happening to her anatomically as she walks. He custom designed orthotics and appropriate footwear. She felt "like she had new feet" and could not thank him enough for the support and encouraging words. God bless this young man. P.s. he has a newspaper article posted that further speaks of his skill and his journey into this field. Thank you Mr. Gbewonya.”

“I had never heard of Vionic and stopped in while shopping in the area. Much to my surprise I was looking for just that, a supportive shoe for my trip after an ankle injury. Jeff greeted me with enthusiasm and plenty of knowledge about the brand I had never heard of. Jeff asked me a few questions and asked if he could measure my foot and if he could take the initiative of pulling some items for me to try. I sincerely appreciated his approach of asking as he was not wanting to be pushy and setting a boundary for me to decide. He was so helpful and understanding of my likes and dislikes. I could not have asked for a better experience at this store. I felt like Jeff kind of brought back this old school retail customer service that was above and beyond if that makes sense. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back as there was so many other cute items and accessories to choose from including adorable purses. Thank you Jeff and my feet will thank you too!”

“I bought dress shoes online initially, which looked and fit great. Wide sizes were easy to find. I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”
“I went in to use my $15 rewards. It honestly is what made me go over for the day. I found a nice pair of sneakers and was looking forward to using my discount.Unfortunately when I showed my email. I had mistaken the date and it expired the day before. The cashier was like I'm sorry that stinks, I'd be so mad. Then she unexpectedly said let me use this code it will give you $10 off. I was beyond happy and grateful. Thank you for having wonderful staff. Even though it was my mistake on the date of expiration the cashier made me enjoy my experience. We had ordered a back up pair before we went in from the big "A" but returned it & will be returning to Bryn Mawr for cleats and 2nd pair of trainers. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be. This trip was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend coming to this location if you want to go to a Jimmy Choo store. We will be back!”
“We were immediately greeted by friendly staff. After our early appointment was cancelled due to a power outage, we took our chances to just walk in browse the dresses after having lunch at Terrain. Alison gladly made time for our group, was friendly, courteous, and discussed the overall plan for trying on dresses with enthusiasm and having the bride-to-be as the main focus. She read the room very well, helping narrow the focus and ultimately led to a successful dress buying experience. The prices and quality were great. “I've been a customer of Eaves in Wayne, PA for years. I prefer to shop small due to the product selection and knowledgeable service boutiques have to offer. Eaves is an hour away from my home but I happily make the drive because it's the only boutique I have found that consistently gets it right on every level. The store is well merchandised and easy to shop--no overcrowding here. While not loaded with tons of inventory, every single item in the store is chosen for it's unique style and detail. Most of these are "now" pieces with a classic flair. They will work with your wardrobe for years to come. While many of these clothing and accessory items are an investment, they are intended for the "quality over quantity" consumer who cherishes wardrobe favorites and reaches for them time and time again because they are easy, comfortable, and just work. Kudos to Susan and her team for a truly unique business. I am so grateful for your outstanding service and for making me stylish!”
