I have been a customer for so many years. Great customer service. Need to thank Amanda Towers for her exceptional customer care! I had to get a new bank card and didt want to give up my
Steeler card yet I would have had to wait for it and need a new one that day . She surprised me with it arriving in the mail !! She went above and beyond! Thank you Amanda !

Just wanted to say a great big Thank You to Sydney and Grace at the Washington/Strabane branch for helping us not once but twice for our “ Check Ready Auto Loan” . They are both so kind, helpful and knowledgeable., and they have the best personalities. They made a very stressful process so easy. This branch is lucky to have such great women.

PNC as an entire company is such a scam. They showed no pending transactions and an available balance. So, I used some of my money then later they said I actually DIDNT have that amount and started charging overdraft fees. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve paid my rent using my account and they’ve taken it from the account, put it back in, and then finally taken it out without posting the true transactions. I don’t trust them and would never use them again, they’re scammers

I absolutely never go to this branch, I always go to the one on Jefferson and receive amazing service. I went into today and immediately the teller was clearly in a bad mood. She said she was unable to express fund my check, I’ve been depositing checks, nearly 5 days a week, for seven months now. There was absolutely no reason for her not to deposit my check. I went to the other branch and they cashed my check without any issue. I would not recommend this location, go to the one on Jefferson, the tellers are much nicer and will simply do their job

I had a good experience. As I do most of my banking online, I seldom visit the traditional branches these days. On this occasion, I had to deposit some coins. The teller who processed my transaction was very cordial and pleasant.

Very tight lanes at drive up. If you have a wide vehicle good luck. The guy in the pickup in front of us crushed his mirrors.

This location has employees that refuse to help with card services or ordering replacement cards to be mailed, they will refer you to the corporate 800 number. However, other branches are willing to help with no problem.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Whoever does the schedule needs to be fired! You don't have 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon.... Pay day!! 15 people in line behind me and 8 people behind tellers windows!!!

Poor. Teller flat out lied to me. I went in to deposit my paycheck at 11am (so, pretty well before noon, not even like it was the end of the day) and waited in line for about fifteen or maybe twenty minutes. When my turn came around, I went up to the teller desk/counter and endorsed my paycheck, handed the guy my ID and debit card, he looked up the account and did the deposit slip. When that was all done, he asked if I had any questions, I asked if the money was available immediately or not. He said "There's $100 in there available right now, the rest will clear at midnight".I checked repeatedly for the rest of the day and there was never $100 available, and it's after midnight now with no changes. So not only is my check not available as of midnight, not even the $100 that was supposedly available "right away" is there. Again, to be clear, it is now the time at which I'm supposed to have ALL the money, and I don't even have the tiny bit I was told was available as of 11am, over thirteen hours ago.If you need to deposit a check, don't bother - just use their (terrible, constantly broken) app. Even though the app is bad and always needs updated, at least you won't be standing around in line to get lied to, and you'll at least know you won't be getting your money right away.
