I had a good experience. As I do most of my banking online, I seldom visit the traditional branches these days. On this occasion, I had to deposit some coins. The teller who processed my transaction was very cordial and pleasant.

This location has employees that refuse to help with card services or ordering replacement cards to be mailed, they will refer you to the corporate 800 number. However, other branches are willing to help with no problem.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Whoever does the schedule needs to be fired! You don't have 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon.... Pay day!! 15 people in line behind me and 8 people behind tellers windows!!!
