“Update**** John Sisson put new tires on and did an alignment. Windshield washer fluid comes out wonky. Tiny little squirt onto the blades only. Weird. It smells clean inside, so they had it detailed. They offered to buy it back and put us in one with the options I want, but I still have not been shown the numbers for that one. ?♀️ I will take my rating up to 4 ⭐️ because they didn’t charge me anything.The whole John Sisson experience, starting with the purchase, was not what we expected it to be. We thought we were purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Rogue. First the salesman would not show me the numbers of the car I really wanted to buy. He said it would be above my budget. At least show me the numbers and let me decide that. Then we were told this Rogue had been “professionally” detailed inside, at a cost of over $300. Umm, No. They got ripped off. The seats were stained with something. Crumbs and filth in all the crevices. We had to go purchase a portable upholstery cleaner. Can you say yuck. Looked like the previous owner dumped many cups of coffee or soda on the passenger seat. Same with the back seat. It had the wrong floor mats in it. They did not fit at all. Let’s talk about the tires. A Lady who sits in a small office said they still had over 50% Tread.. I beg to differ. The tread near the sidewalls is wore almost flat and there is no way there is “more then 50% tread” left. So far I have had to pay for the correct size mats, a windshield calibration, after it had to be replaced because a rock hit it. That was not their fault, but when we dropped it off on a Friday, we were told it would be ready by Monday. When my husband called Monday because we had not heard from anyone, he was told they needed a few more days. Then 30 minutes before they closed I get a text that it’s ready. We are very unhappy with the whole John Sisson experience. We feel we did not get what we are expected to pay for over the next 7 years… we definitely did not receive a vehicle that was “Certified”. Changing the oil doesn’t make it so. Make it right.”

“The guys who do the actual repairs on the vehicles do AMAZING work! The new manager needs some customer service classes! Very rude! This was my second time there, first time was amazing. My other car was hit and had more damage, they fixed it in 3 days...PERFECT! This time very minimal damage above the headlight from the lawnmower (ugh) promised 4 days....8 days later we were arguing with the new manager over being told different stories! Sad because it's a great place to get quality work.”

“My husband recently bought a vehicle here because the other dealership we were working with was kind of shady. We went to get it and there was something wrong with it they discovered. So they needed to send it to get fixed, which whatever, but they didn't call us before we went there to tell us that and they knew we were coming. It took 2 weeks to get the car back. Once we had it home I was looking inside and clearly the interior was not detailed properly. There was mud or something all over the ceiling and something like dirt or weed or coffee grounds all in the console. The inside is just a mess. When we were calling to check on the car the receptionist lady had the most rude, worst attitude. If you are purchasing a vehicle and they have your money you are allowed calling 50 times a day if you want. No need to be mean. Overall the experience here was poor but I wouldn't say I don't recommend them as the salesman himself was polite and as helpful as he could be I suppose. But their communication is not good. We didn't buy an Audi, but a used vehicle so maybe that was why it was such a difficult process. But when spending 40 grand you should be treated like you matter.”

Very quick getting parts delivered. This place will find parts to fit feign and domestic vehicles. The wipers were OE fit. No adaptors. The people working here are very knowledgeable. They will dive in and dig around looking for parts for you. I looked around and the prices are a one stop deal. Reasonable prices. You will leave knowing that you can afford things to up keep your vehicle.”
