I live in Ohio but my company car is registered in PA and I needed to have the annual inspection done (we do not have annual vehicle inspections here in OH so the whole process is foreign to me). I called a local Washington dealership to setup an appointment and was told that I would have to drop the vehicle off or wait outside since their customer service lobby was closed due to COVID. It's February. I then called Al's and they were able to work around my schedule and when I would be in the area. Their waiting room was open and the staff was friendly and did a great job of explaining the process. I would highly recommend!”

“Absolutely will be my new go to location for all my automotive needs. Needed to get my vehicle inspected. School had just started, the crud had already been brought home, everyone except for me was sick, and they worked with us getting my vehicle in after work. With everything going on I wasn't able to get my paperwork for my registration and insurance.The amazing lady that works the front desk went above and beyond to help me. I can't remember her name and I'm sorry for that but they could have easily said not today and sent me away until I had everything right. Instead they stayed after closing time and got my vehicle legal for me. Completely professional and when my wife scheduled the appointment the communication was great. “Update**** John Sisson put new tires on and did an alignment. Windshield washer fluid comes out wonky. Tiny little squirt onto the blades only. Weird. It smells clean inside, so they had it detailed. They offered to buy it back and put us in one with the options I want, but I still have not been shown the numbers for that one. ?♀️ I will take my rating up to 4 ⭐️ because they didn’t charge me anything.The whole John Sisson experience, starting with the purchase, was not what we expected it to be. We thought we were purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Rogue. First the salesman would not show me the numbers of the car I really wanted to buy. He said it would be above my budget. At least show me the numbers and let me decide that. Then we were told this Rogue had been “professionally” detailed inside, at a cost of over $300. Umm, No. They got ripped off. The seats were stained with something. Crumbs and filth in all the crevices. We had to go purchase a portable upholstery cleaner. Can you say yuck. Looked like the previous owner dumped many cups of coffee or soda on the passenger seat. Same with the back seat. It had the wrong floor mats in it. They did not fit at all. Let’s talk about the tires. A Lady who sits in a small office said they still had over 50% Tread.. I beg to differ. The tread near the sidewalls is wore almost flat and there is no way there is “more then 50% tread” left. So far I have had to pay for the correct size mats, a windshield calibration, after it had to be replaced because a rock hit it. That was not their fault, but when we dropped it off on a Friday, we were told it would be ready by Monday. When my husband called Monday because we had not heard from anyone, he was told they needed a few more days. Then 30 minutes before they closed I get a text that it’s ready. We are very unhappy with the whole John Sisson experience. We feel we did not get what we are expected to pay for over the next 7 years… we definitely did not receive a vehicle that was “Certified”. Changing the oil doesn’t make it so. Make it right.”

“I've been going to Washington Honda for the last couple of years upon recommendations from friends. We found some of the other Honda dealerships in the area like South Hills and Dean to be questionable in their operations. Trust is a big thing to me, and Washington Honda has earned my trust. They are a little more expensive than some of the local shops, but we tend to keep our cars for a long time so we go with dealerships. If I have a complaint, it is that like most of the industry they are understaffed. Cost and wait times is the reason for 4 stars.”

“My SO and I needed new tires really bad. Like they weren't going to last another day, bad.We went to Mr. Tire first but it was out of our price range. The guy referred us here and it was definitely the right move.They gave us a time to come back and did our tires. And we saved like $400 vs Mr tire. I drive a dodge ram 1500 and got them put on (for free) and with really good tread for like $800.They were super nice and we will definitely come back for anything else we need. I highly recommend this place.”
