“Used climate controlled unit here for more than 7 years. My stuff was kept in good condition, and was easily accessed at all times, except for minimal maintenance that they stayed on top of. There is no way those items would have lasted that long somewhere else, and I’m deeply appreciative. Each time I needed to change unit sizes, it was easy and same day, and they were always available to help with a smile. So grateful to have had this place available so nearby.”

The company draws you in by offering incentives and then BAM, they raise the rates. Started 4 years ago at $125 a month for the large unit, now I would be paying in May $272.00. “They are a good size with a light and average rent. I had mine for 6 months and the cost is causing me not to be able to afford an apartment or home to live in. It does add up especially with extra charges add later. But the owner is nice and Rich. I help that as I am still homeless at 69 and lived with my service animal in my car in a very, very cold winter.”
