The phone call took 15 minutes or maybe even less. I researched the closest facility and reached out. Super simple, not the longest wait and the woman on the phone was great with communication and explanation. Everything was squared away very quickly, and I was sent all the information on how to get started and when. The directions were simple, and I had everything done in no time at all. I was in and out. If you need some space, I’m sure they can find a good fit for you for a relatively good price. I believe I’ve gotten one of their smallest storage units, wonderful my needs and a great fix.”

The indoor storage facility is clean and well-lit; the hallways are large enough that maneuvering mattresses and furniture was hassle-free, and the lift took most of the legwork out of getting all of our items up to the second floor. They also offer a wide range of hours for self-access to your units. Overall, a great experience!”

The Stumpf Team was prompt, polite and very careful with the piano and both homes. Moved a vintage (1939) family Steinway baby grand piano. I've rented many other rooms across the USA over the years. Many of them have been through Public Storage. So I've had lots of comparisons. Bill is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and helpful! When necessary, he returns every phone call in a timely fashion. He's a gem! I highly recommend this particular location. I guarantee you will find Bill a great representative and manager for Public Storage! The location is wonderful. Easy access from I79 and exceptionally clean!”
