Has locked my son out of his mobile account numerous times for no reasons. He is in the military with limited phone access. Only has phone on the weekend and not able to call to fix the problem. I have been on the phone waiting for help for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable.

The only bank that won't allow anyone inside . So you sit on a drive through teller lord know how long ..TIME TO LET CUSTOMERS INSIDE.

I understand it's a holiday weekend and it's Christmas Eve but you couldn't post your hours so I could have made it to the bank by noon so I wasted time and energy and money to come to your bank and you were closed think I'm looking for a new Bank

Charges 10$ a month for an account even if you dont use the account and they will take you negative and refuse to close the account until you pay and they will keep charging. ABUSIVE bank do not use for checking account

I love the bank and all the people that work there, but they have to do something to speed up drive through lines. Close line 1 to teller window so it can be used for ATM I have had to use bank teller windows 3 times for bank services and waited on average 45-50 mins in line and atm today took 45 mins to get through with one 3 cars in front of me. I understand it is difficult with covid 19 but they have to rethink staffing model or how they staff window to make it more efficient and move along faster. I actually feel bad for the tellers. Management has to come up with better solution to staffing model.

Very disappointed with ESSA. Went to open another business account they would not do it. They insisted I needed more paperwork and refused to open the account. We have been a customer for 10 years so they new us and our company. I went in to First National Bank down the street with the same paperwork and it took 5 minutes for them to say we can set you up with a business account no problem. WOW I couldn't believe how fast it was. I am very happy that First National is there. I would suggest using another bank besides ESSA for your banking.

So far I've had a good experience with them. Everyone I've dealt with has been very nice and helpful with explaining everything to me. They are open late and also on weekends which is very convenient for me. I would recommend this bank to others if someone were looking for a bank.

Depending on who you get at the counter this is a great or horrible bank. I ask for the manager half the time.
