“I've never had better, quicker or more efficient services. I was just about at the end of my rope after a severe hacking. Reassured over the phone that my computer could be repaired. I remained skeptical as The Mcafee people told me (even though I have just about every protection they offer that I would need to buy more and the cost would be 750.00 A day later I received a message that my computer was fixed and ready for pickup. I didn't even know that I was still under warranty and believe me I will make sure I stay that way. Even MacAfee told me I'd have to pay another 750 bucks to have it fixed. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ANY OTHER STORE! Without a doubt- in this scamming, pirate world- this place came through!”

“I worked with Navis Pack & Ship out of Philadelphia PA. I shipped an antique corner cabinet that had very delicate glass to Colorado. Everything arrived safely with absolutely no damage. They also quoted a reasonable price. Many of the other shippers I looked into were almost double the price.”

“I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”
“I was so out of my comfort zone when I went inside to make copies & send faxes. I had no idea how to accomplish this task & was feeling somewhat anxious. Another patron sled if she was able to offer assistance but found we were both stumped with the process of choosing correct settings to fax the items. I asked the female counter person to assist & she was very helpful, providing step by step guidance. The atmosphere is very business and it gets crowded but everyone was very pleasant & patient although everything moves rather quickly. I would most definitely recommend this business for anyone that would like to use business services at all.”
“I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.”

“These guys were great. SUPER fast, super friendly, and super communicative - which is always important when you're trying to get precious cargo delivered! They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they charged me less and it was a nice surprise compared to the usual bad surprises with shipping! 100% recommend them, and love how much they genuinely care about what they do. “I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!”

For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”
