“This is a great post office. The staff is always cordial and very helpful. There’s seldom to never a line. While you can’t do things like passport photos here I believe you can do anything else a regular post office can do.”

“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”
“Haven't been here or any post office in a while. The cashier was so nice, I had the wrong shipping box and he gave me the right one and was so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten his name. The location was busy but the lines moved fast. The location was clean and neat as well.”
“I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”

“This is not a full sized commercial post office. I missed a delivery and was directed on the USPS slip to come here and pick up a package. I arrived around 2pm on Saturday. You ring a bell and a post office clerk comes to slide open a window. She was friendly, kind and found my package within a few minutes.Thank you USPS!”
“Very quiet post office so I like to go there and get in and out. The workers are very friendly! They are closed for lunch from 1:00 - 2:00 so you need to plan around that. 5 stars!!”
“I had a P.O. Box and went to this post office several times a week for a year or more before I moved. Everyone was really helpful and kind to me, they’re severely understaffed and the region they cover is very big so you do need to be patient and keep this in mind, but otherwise I have no complaints.”
